At DIGL, every piece is checked carefully before being shipped to make sure you receive it in perfect condition.

We do not offer refunds.

However, if there is a genuine issue with your order or the product you received, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and find the best solution for you.

When exchanges are possible

• You received the wrong item or size.
• The product has a manufacturing defect or an issue with its condition.
• There is another genuine issue with the product.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To request an exchange, simply contact us through Instagram DM within 5 days of receiving your order.
